Tracy Shultz started her journey with CFJ Lifestyle Fitness in November 2018. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Tracy is always giving her best effort. No matter the workout Tracy’s attitude is always to give a 110%, often being the motivator in class despite being a less experienced member. The CFJ coaches love her positivity and willingness to improve each day. It was therefore a no brainer that Tracy would be our athlete of the month for November.
